Parent/Teacher Student Led Conferences

You should have received a letter home in your child’s back pack last week regarding Parent/Teacher Conferences. On Monday, October 31st, a Campus Messenger was also emailed to all parents and guardians. Both of these communications contain instructions on how to sign-up for your child’s conference along with your child’s password to access the scheduling system.
Conferences will be held in person on Tuesday, November 8th and Thursday, November 10th from 4:00pm – 8:00pm. During the period of Monday, October 31st from 8:00am through 10:00pm Saturday, November 5th, you will be able to log into our school scheduling site and select a time to meet with your child’s teacher. Scheduling must be done during these days. The site will be blocked after that time. When you log in you will sign up for a 15-minute time slot, but plan on being at your child’s conference for approximately 30 minutes. Students are expected to attend the conference with their parent because they will have several celebrations and artifacts to share with you.
Please consider signing up as soon as you know your availability as this system is first come first serve. (This is especially important if you have limited availability or if you are trying to coordinate between several children.) Due to a limited number of time slots, please do your best to work together to schedule only one conference per child. The program will only allow you to schedule one conference per child. If you need to schedule an additional conference, please contact your child’s teacher.
