Important Information about Student Devices
Prairie Hill Parents and Guardians,
Thank you for your support this year with our 1v1 device implementation program that allowed every student in our building to have a Chromebook or I-pad to enhance their learning during this unconventional school year. As we continue to support this program as a building, we are asking for your help next week with the collection of these devices.
Starting on Monday, March 8 students will be asked to leave their devices at school where they will remain through spring break until March 22 when we will allow students to bring their devices home with them again. During this time, our Tech Para Ms. Lewis, our teachers, and our tech department will be taking inventory of the student devices and making any necessary repairs or software updates that are needed. We are asking that all students bring their power cords from home as well so we can take inventory of our supplies and so our teachers can re-label the cords and computers to match the correct student. Homeroom teachers are aware of this request and will make adjustments to any student learning that is digitally based during the week of March 8.
If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to me at your earliest convenience. Thank you for your assistance and enjoy the warmer weather!
